3DBULL IS A JEWELRY DESIGN SPECIALIST.
We carry a deep database of CAD designed jewelry. Currently we carry thousands of exclusive jewelry models ranging from plain to exceptionally complex. About 200 completely new models are added to our database every month. This augmentation is done with models that have been newly designed by our team of CAD/CAM design specialists. To validate error-free processing, all jewelry models have been prototyped in wax- and resin-format, cast and finished in precious metals to ensure precise performance in the production process.
These models may be downloaded from our catalog as a stereo lithography CAD file (STL file). These STL files are used in prototyping- or milling-machines that craft hard-copy models for direct fine metal casting, or for the making of master models or production of silicone molds for volume castings.
The CAD designed jewelry models are grouped in the following jewelry model types:
- bracelets: men's, woman's (tennis, bangle, without stones, with stones)
- rings: (simple, complex) --- wedding bands (with stones, without stones) --- cocktail rings --- right hand rings--- signet--- men's --- eternity (half, full)
- pendants: with stones, without stones, with pearls
- earrings: hanging, studs, fancy, loops, huggies
and can be accessed through the menu on the side panel.

We build complete jewelry designs from your ideas, drawings or pictures using the finest commercial CAD modeling program software available. This powerful software makes any design idea a 3-D reality. We are compelled to maintain your jewelry designs and ideas secure and proprietary and will never release them to anyone else but you..
OUR APPROVED AFFILIATES MAKE WAX- RESIN-, AND METAL-MODELS.
Our affiliated prototyping- and wax-making-shops produce hard copy models from our design files. They use a variety of state of the art rapid prototyping machines to generate your models with unequalled precision and detail. Some jobs are produced using 5-axel milling machines.
HOW DO WE DESIGN SPECIAL ORDER (CUSTOM DESIGN) MODELS?
The easiest is via our design request form. This form is available online to all our registered members. Click here to log in or sign up. Once logged in, click on the left square: "I need custom design". This will bring you to your Custom Design Order Page. Here you click on: "New Custom Design Request". You can forward as ell your custom design request by email: Simply email your jewelry design idea, logo and measurements to us. (click here to email). You may as well send us your custom design request by fax to: +1-514-868-9529, Upon receipt, we will telephone/email you to discuss your order. Our in designers will then create your piece in magnificent 3D detail.
After you approve the 3-D image we can then have one of our prototyping or wax-making shops to "grow" the wax jewelry model. Contrasting other processes like milling machines or wax carving machines, these shops are able to grow models that have undercuts, thin wires, beads and even hollow areas. All this is done with the industries finest detail.
For clients that want to send us design STL files we can recommend the best STL settings. You can upload your design to us by clicking on the left square: "Make my Wax Model". This brings you to the file upload page. Just click on "Browse" button, enter the location of your file on your computer in the space provided, add any comments you want us to know and click the "Send Request" button. We will revert to you with a quotation for building the wax model.
